Early Years Pupil Premium
Welcome to EYPP at Burmantofts Community Nursery
At Burmantofts Community Nursery (BCN), we are committed to ensuring every child has the opportunity to learn, develop and thrive. Early Years Pupil Premium (EYPP) provides additional funding to help us offer enhanced support and opportunities for eligible children aged 9 months to 4 years.
What is the Early Years Pupil Premium?
Research consistently shows that high-quality early education can have a lasting positive impact on children's learning, development and future outcomes. EYPP is additional government funding paid directly to early years’ settings to help provide targeted support for eligible children. It could be through new learning equipment, arranging visitor sessions and/or new experiences for children, educational toys and specialised training for staff, such as Speech & Language. You can find more information on the GOV.UK website here.
